AO5 - Self Discipline

The largest task of the module and possibly the most enjoyable.  This task is all about self discipline and how it can help you achieve your goals.  I am proposing that as a class we participate in a charity cardio event to raise money for Sport Relief.  A brain storm session to work out the details will follow but the basic principle will involve 3 cardio-vascular machines being continually worked on for 12 hours with all pupils (maybe staff) assisting in this.
Self discipline can be shown via many means including punctuality, fund raising for the run, attending training sessions, possessing skills such as reliabilty, time management and a positive attitude as well as performing on the day and finishing the run.  I will right a witness statement on your standards of self discipline whilst throughout the lead up to the run you will have tick sheets where teachers can sign off when you have shown good self discipline.

This could be a fantastic way to end the module which will give you an enormous amount of self pride, as well as further raising the profile of the school and raise money for a good cause!  But we need the entire class on board for us to make this happen.  More to follow . . . . . . . . .
